Notice to Members

The Hawai'i Association of REALTORS® (“HAR”) receives numerous calls on a daily basis from its members and from the public. Generally, HAR is more than happy to answer any questions regarding membership issues and association matters. However, many of the calls to HAR staff are related to issues the staff is not qualified to properly address, including Standard Forms, licensing, zoning, and legal matters. For questions concerning these issues, please consult with the Real Estate Commission, your principal broker, private attorney, or the Legal Assistance Hotline.
